Bartlett began in 1968 with construction of a residence in Essex Junction, Vermont.  A family of builders, now in its' third generation, Bartlett has built many of Chittenden County's most iconic neighborhoods including  the Brickyard, Whitcomb Heights, Perkin's Bend, Dorset Park, Dorset Farms, and the Cider Mill.  Recently expanding into Franklin County, Bartlett continues to build communities Vermonters, native and new alike, are proud to call home.
